Q. How do I reserve conference space at the Main Library?

We are looking to host a Social Security informative class at the library. What measures are needed to reserve space? Kindly advise. We anticipate a class of 40 persons. There is no charge for the class.

You will need to fill out an application on the library's website here: http://www.ebrpl.com/LibraryServices/MeetingRooms.html

After you are approved, you will be sent instructions on reserving a room at the Main Library. We have a large conference room that could accomodate you.
