Q. How can i get a book on loan when i live in ny. My library will not do interlibrary loans out of NY state and I wanted. Book called The Gartman

Since that book is a reference book, we do not lend it out period. The only thing we can do is perhaps photocopy certain pages from it. It is held at our Bluebonnet Branch and you may contact the Geneology department at 225-763-2283 about making copies of it.
