Certain calculators are permitted for ACT test; the ACT website maintains a list.

  1. The ACT site gives parameters as to calculators that are not acceptable, and gives examples but not a comprehensive list at all. The site does not say what calculators are acceptable, you're left on your own.

    But--looking at other sources, it does appear that the TI 30X II is OK for the ACT.
