Q. Where can i find the incorporation dates for Louisiana cities? I want to know when Natchitoches was incorporated, not when it was founded (1714).

Several sites indicate Natchitoches was incorporated on Feb. 5, 1819, but they seem to be copies of each other.

It was incorporated on February 5, 1819 by an act of the State of Louisiana House of Representatives.
