Sorry for the delay. Meeting room requests are vetted as quickly as possible, but you can usually expect to wait between 2-3 weeks before final approval.

If you have an upcoming meeting date that you need scheduled, call the location where you would like to hold the meeting and ask to speak with the branch manager. He or she may be able to schedule meeting room space on a one-off basis.
Once you are approved, you'll need to contact each branch where you would like to hold meetings, as each branch is responsible for scheduling their meeting room time.
