Sorry you're having trouble. I just wanted to make sure that you are dragging the title to your ereader drive that shows up within Adobe Digital Editions. If that is the case, the ereader and ADE may need to be re-authorized. To do that, open up Adobe Digital Editions, then press CTRL+SHIFT+D (Windows PC) CMD+SHIFT+D (Mac). Select de-authorize and restart your computer, then when you re-open Adobe Digital Editions you should be prompted to re-authorize it using your adobe ID and password along with your ereader when you plug that in.

After that, try downloading the title again from your ebookshelf on our website replacing the original file you already downloaded.
