Q. use of computers

It is the library's policy to grant internet access and computer use to all who request it.

There are, however, some situations that can be barriers to using library computers.  Generally these are the result of unfamiliarity with/violations of  library policies regarding behavior, internet and computer use; you can read all our policies on our website. In general, you may be restricted from computer use if your library card is expired or if you owe more than $25 in fines.

If you feel that you've been wrongfully denied access to the internet or the use of a computer, please contact a manager at the location where the incident occurred.

Any library manager will be more than happy to discuss our computer use policies with you, work to correct any staff mistakes that inappropriately denied computer or internet access, and discuss ways to help guarantee you access to the internet and computers at EBRPL in the future.
