Unfortunately, Overdrive only carries one copy of each title. You have to wait until the previous user is finished with the book before the next person can download it. So if you choose to check out "Confederacy of Dunces" for 21 days, no one else can check out that title until your three weeks has elapsed-- even if it only took you 10 days to finish the book.
