Library cards can be renewed at the circulation desk of any library branch. Children ages 12-14 are eligible for a tween card rather than the children's card, but parents will still need to bring in a photo ID, as they are still responsible for all items borrowed with that card.   2. Hi, you do need to come in with your ID unless you're a senior and then you can call 231-3740 to renew. Thanks.
