One way to find out if a book is available is to search for it in our online catalog, accessible right from the search bar at the top of our homepage. From there you can search for your title. If you know the exact title, you can choose Titles (exact title) from the drop down menu next to the search bar on the catalog's main page and click the GO button.

Once you get the result list from your search, and identify your book on the list, you'll see either a green checkmark or a red X on the far right of the screen.

The green checkmark means that there are copies available in the system.

The red X means that all copies are checked out and you'll need to place a hold in order to get on the list.

Of course, you can always call us to check on availability for you.  Contact your local branch or call 231-3750 for assistance.
