You can call 231-3740 to find out if your card has expired.  You cannot renew your library card online or over the phone. 

In order to protect your identity and account access, we need you to renew your card in person. You can do this at the Main Library or any of our other branch locations -- we'll just need a photo ID and proof of residence (if the correct address isn't on your driver's license, you can use a bill, post card, or any mail with your name and address on it). You will have to clear any overdue fines or fees to renew your card.

  1. What is the purpose of having library card expire? If it were inactive for a long period of time I could see it, but mine is in use constantly! What is the point of this aggravation?
