Q. I'm trying to access my checked out books in order to renew them but get shunted back to sign on page. What am I doing wrong?

Have you typed in your entire library card number, no spaces?  Have you provided the first four letters of your last name, and the first three letters of your first name?  This is the link to type in the info: http://www.ebrpl.com/ebrvw/Pa.csp?OpacLanguage=eng&Profile=Profile2&EncodedRequest=7*F1*D8X*CF*DA*B9*FB*8E*FE*E24*1A*3Bd*99

There may be a technical glitch; the website is more compatible with Internet Explorer. Do you have a different browser? Is it an older version?  There may be other technical glitches.
