Except... not at the moment. Every fiscal year, usually between the months of December and February we do not accept recommendations due to annual auditing and other financial requirements.
Usually around Mid-February, our Patron Recommendation Form becomes active again. Once it's up again, you can use the form to make as many purchase requests as you would like.
