Q. Can An individual reserve a small room at the Greenwell Springs library?

Absolutely! You must be a resident of East Baton Rouge Parish and have a library card with us. Meeting room applications are available from our website and at each library branch. Some branches, such as the new Main Library, have small study rooms that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis if you want to use it on your own (Greenwell Springs does not have any).
