We will contact you via phone, email (if you have your email address on file at the library), or "snail mail" when your hold is ready to pick up. Your hold will be available at the branch you've requested; if you have forgotten which branch you requested when placing an item on hold, you are more than welcome to give us a call at (225) 231-3750 and we can look it up for you.

All you have to do to pick up your hold is come in to the branch and give the circulation staff member your name. They'll check the books out to you.
