Good Question! According to the latest Library Board of Control Meeting Minutes, when the Fairwood Branch was last iscussed in June, 2011, library planners were anticipating opening the branch by the spring of 2013.
Indeed, the new Fairwood Branch Library opened March 20, 2013.
