First, make sure there aren't any spaces when entering in your library card number and name code. If you have entered both of these without any spaces and it still isn't working, there could be a block on your card. This can be due to a fine or inactivity. Your card may also be expired. Please call the Circulation Desk at (225) 231-3740 and we can see what's going on with your account.
