When it says that, it means that the book is currently checked out but that you are the only person on the waiting list for it. When the current user's loan period expires you will get it next. When the title is available you will get an email notification and you'll be able to download the book.
Each person is allowed to choose a lending period of 7-21 days. It could be that the person who is currently using the book has chosen either the 14-day or 21-day lending period. Rest assured-- you WILL be notified as soon as it is ready to check out!
