Q. Does the library take book donations?

Yes we are glad to accept book donations and we do have acknowledgement slips. If you need more information about the slips please call the Main library Circulation Department at 231-3740 and they will be able to answer your questions. It is also a good idea to call ahead if you have a large number to donate.

Donated books may be added to the library collection or sold during our Recycled Reads book sale at the end of each month. Proceeds of the sale go to the Patrons of the Public Library, the Library's friends group. The Patrons of the Public Library help in funding children's programming during the summer and throughout the year, such as the Author/Illustrator Program and other programs designed for the community.
