Q. My card is expired how do I renew it on-line

Unfortunately, cards cannot be renewed online.  Cards expire every three years.  To reinstate borrowing privileges you must go to one of our branches and present a picture ID and/or proof of your current address.  Any fines or fees currently charged to your card must be zeroed out before your borrowing privileges can be renewed.
