Q. Can I get a library card online being a resident of Ascension Parish

Unfortunately, neither Ascension Parish nor East Baton Rouge Parish libraries offer online card registration; however, if you're a resident of Ascension, you can get an EBRP Library card if you have an Ascension Parish card -- and vice versa.
