Q. how do i find the list of books i have on hold

To cancel a hold, you will need to log in to your account online. You can also call the Main Library (225-231-3740) or your local branch.

To log in to your account, go to the catalog and click on the My Account/Renew button on the left side of the page. (You can also click the "Renew Books" link under the search bar at the top right of the library homepage; it will take you to the same window.)

Enter your library card number (no spaces, please) and your name code (the first 4 letters of your last name followed by the first 3 letters of your first name).

This will bring you to the User Activities page. Click on 'My Holds' to bring up all the titles you have reserved.
