Registering for a Child's Card
- A child's card is issued to applicants who are under 11 years old and meet other criteria.
- A parent or guardian must be with the child to co-sign the registration form. The parent or guardian's picture identification may be used for the child.
- The parent or guardian is responsible for the use of the child's card: any fines, damages or lost items must be paid.
- Children who live in a reciprocal parish, must get an authorization form filled out by their parish library before they can register.
