DG's Bridal and Formal Consignment, 247-5236 may have what you're looking for, but their focus is primarily on gently used wedding dresses.

You might want to try Plato's Closet (gently used junior sizes) 293-4168 or the Time Warp Boutique (vintage clothing) 377-8550. 

There are also two consignment shops that may have prom dresses:  Swap Boutique 636-2425 or The Consignment Boutique 275-1184. 

If none of these stores have prom dresses, you might want to ask them if they know of a place that does carry prom dresses.  Often, the stores know of other stores and will refer you to them.

Other places you can try are St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Goodwill Thrift Store.
