City Court is located in the old City Courthouse.  The 19th JDC is housed in the Governmental Building across the street. You can find more information on the Clerk of Court's website.

More info:

The original courthouse, now the City Court, was dedicated in 1923. It cost $525,000 and was built by Caldwell Brothers Contractors.

The current home of the 19th Judicial District Court is the new courthouse, located on North Blvd and St. Louis St. downtown.   Until Nov. 29, 2010, the 19th was located in the Governmental Building on St. Louis St.  The Governmental Building continues to house many of the city's government offices including the Mayor's Office.
