We now have access to online tutoring via Tutor.com. We also have online databases that can help you practice your math skills, like Learning Express.

You can find a list of for-pay tutors in our Community Information Database.  To search for a tutor, go to our online catalog and choose Community Info from the database drop-down menu under the search box.  Type the subject you need help with and the word tutors in the search box, then click the "GO" button.  You'll get a list of tutors in that subject.  Just click on a name to get contact info and description of what they tutor.

For example:  To find an algebra tutor, type algebra tutors in the search box and click "GO."  To find a tutor for high school English, type high school english tutors.

Make sure you use tutors (not tutor) as a search term to get the most results.

The Library provides this for-pay tutor list as a public service.  We have no information on the qualifications of listed tutors other than what is provided by the tutors themselves.
